We offer in-person and remote consultations. Remote consultations can be either phone consultations (voice only) or video consultations on a platform of your choice.
Consultations can be booked with any of the following clinicians based on availability:
We endeavor to book your appointment with a clinician of your choice but we aren't in a position to guarantee this will always be the case. Irrespective of that our assurance is that given our clinicians work closely as a team the care delivered would be of a high quality. Our clinicians have regular clinical meetings wherein cases are discussed to optimize care for our clients.
Remote consultations may be appropriate for certain consultations while they may not be appropriate for certain others. If you'd like to book for a remote consultation please advice us of this and your choice of remote consultation i.e., phone (voice only) consultation or video consultation. You will be advised at the time the booking is made if a remote consultation may be appropriate for your concern. If it isn't you will be advised to book in for an in-person consultation.
In some instances it may also be that following a remote consultation the clinician may still need to see you in person to ensure the management is appropriate. Should this be the case the fees charged will be for just one consultation.
Our systems are set up with various software packages which allows for remote consultations by video from your smartphone or computer/laptop. We request that when you book a remote consultation by video that you advise us of the device you will be using for the consultation like a phone (android vs. iPhone) or a computer/laptop (PC vs. MAC).
Common software packages we are able to use for these consultations are as below:
When booking an appointment we will discuss your preference of software application to conduct the consultation with.
