Living Waters Medical began as Castlecliff Health, established to provide accessible primary care to the Castlecliff community.

Expansion into aged residential care with the opening of Living Waters Rest Home.
Launch of the Whanganui Skin Cancer Centre, the first dedicated skin cancer clinic in the region.

Springvale Manor joined Living Waters, adding rest home and dementia care services.

Opening of the Whanganui East clinic, improving access to care for the local community.
Establishment of a GP outreach clinic in Rānana in partnership with the Community Led Development Trust, supporting rural communities along the Whanganui River.

Opening of the Roslyn clinic in Palmerston North, extending services across both Whanganui and Manawatū.
