Are you a friendly, organized, and compassionate individual looking to make a difference in a fast-paced medical environment? Our new and rapidly growing clinics are looking for Medical Receptionists to be the welcoming face of our practices and a key player in delivering outstanding patient care. We are looking at recruiting into two roles:
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Manage accounting/billing for the clinic Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a medical or administrative role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer systems Experience with the patient management system INDICI would be an advantage but not a requirement. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Passion for healthcare and helping others
