Dementia Care

 Springvale Manor is a Dementia Care Facility certified to provide care for residents who have a diagnosis of dementia.  Our experienced team provide the highest quality of care to the patients/residents and support to the families of the residents.  Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.   

Aged Residential Care

Springvale Manor is also certified to provide 24/7 Level 2, aged residential care services.  This is a service for those that are unable to live independently in their own homes any longer.  Care is provided to them through a trained care giving and nursing team.    

Respite Care

Short term residential care for persons otherwise cared for at home.  This is a service that 

helps the carer to take a break from caring for a person.   

Intermediate Level Care

 This is a residential care service for persons who need further care for the short-term after being discharged from hospital. 

 Rooms

All single rooms, some with ensuites.  Call bell system for assistance.  Residents are encouraged to add personal items to their rooms to make it more homelike and to reflect their interests.

In House Catering

All meals are prepared inhouse by our chefs ensuring all residents enjoy wholesome meals.  Special diets are catered for.

Registered Nurse for day-to-day clinical care.
