We are currently welcoming enrolments from people who:

Live in Whanganui and are not currently enrolled with a GP practice
Are moving to Whanganui from another town or region

If you are already enrolled with another GP practice in Whanganui, we are not currently accepting transfers.

After you submit your form

Submitting an enrolment form does not automatically confirm your enrolment. Once your enrolment has been accepted, we will arrange for your clinical records to be transferred from your previous medical centre where applicable.
