To support safe and effective care, our clinicians can only address one main concern during a standard 15-minute consultation.
Clinician discretion
A standard consultation is 15 minutes. Your clinician may choose to address more than one concern during this time. If your appointment requires additional time or work beyond a standard consultation, an additional fee may apply.
Clinic Policy
To support safe clinical practice, a standard 15-minute consultation is intended for one main concern. If you would like to discuss two or three concerns, we recommend booking a double appointment, so your clinician has enough time to assess and manage these appropriately.
