We operate from a modern, spacious, purpose-built premises with ample on-site parking for clients. The building was awarded the MediSpace Good Space Award at the New Zealand Primary Health Care Awards 2020 for the innovative design of a medical facility contributing to an improved client experience, enhancing the model of care and supporting the team working in this space.
We offer both in-person and remote consultations. Remote appointments are available by phone (voice only) or video (Doxy.me).

We will aim to book you with your preferred clinician where possible. Our team works closely together to ensure consistent, high-quality care, supported by regular clinical discussions.

From 13 July 2026 Living Waters Medical Whanganui East will operate as a satellite clinic.
The site will continue to support selected planned health and wellbeing services, including Health Improvement Practitioner, Health Coach, Specialist Nurse, Practice Nurse and external health providers.
Routine GP, Nurse Prescriber and Registered Nurse appointments for Whanganui patients will be based at Living Waters Castlecliff.

We conduct assessments for initiation and renewal of Ministry of Social Development (MSD) support for clients with medical conditions that may affect their ability to continue in active employment (WINZ).
These assessments are related to physical and/or mental health injuries. Our team works with other health professionals/specialists under the ACC umbrella to help you achieve your goals of recovery and/or rehabilitation.
This covers all areas of women's health including screening for breast and cervical cancer.
All aspects of men's health including screening for prostate cancer.
Our team covers the range of assessment and management of health concerns for your child including immunizations. this includes age appropriate screening and assessments like the B4Schools Check.
Our clinicians work closely to assess, initiate and follow-up on management plans to help you achieve healthy outcomes while living with your medical conditions. We work collaboratively with various hospital and community-based health professionals and organizations to help support you through this journey towards positive health outcomes.
Flu Vaccinations are provided to enrolled clients as per Ministry of Health guidelines.
We also provide flu vaccinations to workplaces/companies.

Wound care including those from injuries (under ACC) and post-surgical wound care including removal of sutures/staples.
We conduct health assessments both as a pre-requisite to entry to some jobs as well as employment medicals for employees as per employer requirements.
We conduct medical assessments to ascertain fitness to drive as per the guidelines/regulations from the Land Transport Corporation (LTNZ).
