 Shanyn Raupita is the Facility Manager of Springvale Manor and Living Waters Rest Home in Whanganui. She has worked in aged care for a number of years and is passionate about supporting residents, whānau, families, and staff.

Shanyn is committed to person-centred care and to creating safe, supportive, and welcoming environments where residents feel valued and cared for. Her leadership style is grounded in clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement, while also supporting strong and capable teams.

In her role, Shanyn is focused on strengthening both facilities, supporting staff development, enhancing resident care, and ensuring Springvale Manor and Living Waters Rest Home continue to be trusted providers of aged care services within the community.
