I am the Health Coach and Awhi Ora Community Support worker at Living Waters. I’m currently studying towards a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Psychology, and am passionate about supporting individuals and whānau to achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.

As a Health Coach, I support patients to build confidence in managing their health and making positive lifestyle changes. Through Awhi Ora, I help individuals and whānau navigate practical challenges, access community services and connect with the right support, while supporting them in the comfort of our community.
