Din Bandara is the Operations Manager at Living Waters Medical Solutions, with responsibility for operations across general practice, the skin clinic and aged residential care facilities. He works with clinical and service leaders to ensure teams have the people, systems and support needed to deliver consistent, accessible care.

Din leads workforce planning, recruitment and service improvement, while helping turn organisational priorities into practical changes across Living Waters. His work includes strengthening day-to-day operations, developing staff capability and supporting new ways of delivering care as the needs of patients and residents change.

He brings a cross-sector background spanning healthcare, community leadership and corporate environments. Known for building strong working relationships and navigating complex challenges, Din combines a focus on people with a clear understanding of operational performance and sustainable growth. He is committed to helping Living Waters provide responsive, high-quality services for the communities it serves.
