Kia ora, my name is Silke Kuehl and I am the Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) at Living Waters. I am also a Registered Nurse in Emergency Medicine and Mental Health. My role is to help when stress and life problems impact on people’s emotional or physical health. I see people of any age – and their whānau. The consults usually last between 20 and 30 minutes; we discuss your overall health and create a plan around how to tackle your main concern. People often see me once, but sometimes they return to learn more skills. I am available Wednesdays and Fridays.
Kia ora, my name is Camila Garner (Ngāti Apa te iwi) and I am the Health Coach at Living Waters. I work with adults who have long term health conditions, such as diabetes. I help by providing information, links to community organizations and support with health management from a whole-of-person view. I am available on Tuesdays and Fridays.
